By accessing or using NoShow Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

NoShow Studio provides an automated video creation platform that converts text scripts into video content using stock footage and AI technologies.

3. User Content & ownership

You retain all rights to the scripts you input and the final videos you generate. We claim no ownership over your generated content.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and generate. You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

**Billing:** The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).

**Cancellation:** You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NoShow Studio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Commercial Usage

You are free to use videos generated with your paid NoShow Studio plan for commercial purposes, including monetization on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
